My ISU is called the Rise of Automation: The Economic and Human Toll.  It discusses The increasing level of automated technology in the workplace and how it affects the workers and economy around it.  My three case studies are Automation Strategies at Volkswagen, How Changes in Technology and Automation will Affect the Labour Market in Africa, and How Workforce Automation is the Answer to Japan’s Secular Stagnation.  I chose this topic because it caught my interest and I didn’t think it would have been done before.
