Cyber security is a umbrella term, and under that umbrella is services and mechanisms such as IT workers and firewalls, or any other job, product or process that is made to protect digital information. Protecting digital information in itself is a broad term. There is many different components that are involved in protecting information which is one of the reasons having a completely protected database is extremely difficult. This issue is the cause of many conflicts and can be linked to almost every aspect of governmental and private protection.
