The Archangel Paramélisi

By: Olivia Ray and Maddy Stimac

In the beginning of time, there were three Goddesses; Gallorea, the Goddess of fate, Emportica, the Goddess of justice, and Dimanka, the Goddess of love, These Goddesses saw humanity and wished diversity and love upon the Earth. To do this, the three ancient Goddesses created The Archangel Paramélisi as a way to incorporate peace among all nation, spread love, and integrate positivity into the everyday lives of mortals. The Goddesses blessed The Archangel Paramélisi with two gifts; one gift to seek warmth and give love to those who present themselves as worthy, and the other gift to hear the voices of Goddesses at all times. The Archangel Paramélisi began his life on Earth, embracing humanity in all its beauty.  The Archangel Paramélisi fell in love with a mortal man who was kind and gentle to him, loving him despite his differences. The man even accepted the voices in Paramélisi’s head, thought the other humans were convinced he was possessed and evil. They both shared the same passion toward one another and it was unlike any other love on planet Earth. The rest of the world saw the love and despised them for it, persecuting them for their relationship. Society viewed Paramélisi as a deviant not abiding by social norms, in turn isolating him for his “quirks”. Paramélisi asked the Goddesses for their help, but they couldn’t control the discrimination; instead, they advised him to leave Earth. For their own good, Paramélisi and his love started their own life away from the rest of society, hiding away until the rest of the world accepted them.
